Tim Nolan is the best realtor my boyfriend and I could not have received anyone better. We are first time home owners and he made the whole process as easy as possible. Timothy Nolan made purchasing our first home a wonderful experience. He was accessible and thorough while educating us on the process. He shared his knowledge and offered insight about the houses and neighborhoods we were looking at. Overall it was 10/10 experience.

Tim did an excellent job marketing our land. This required subdivision approval and conceiving what was possible and maximizing value/marketability. He assisted us in hiring contracts for tree removal and installing road in Sebago! Highly recommend Tim!
